Mission Statement
[Our History and Why We Exist]
We are entering our third spring season and every performance has been a truly great experience. Here's a little background.
Citrus Community Singers started summer 2013 when students and alumni came together to perform for their retiring high school music teacher at Arlington High School. The group was conducted by former student and music educator Rhonda Bauer, Afterward experiencing the reunion with each other many alumni discovered how much they missed singing. Encouraged by that group, Citrus Community Singers was formed. Starting with just a handful of members the group was fortunate to find a home at Palm Baptist Church where our concerts were also held at first. During our first season we had the opportunity to perform at not only our winter concert but also the Riversides Festival of Lights and audition for Disney's Candlelight Ceremony. Moving forward we are again looking for a permanent rehearsal and concert site, During the interim we meet at a private residence, supported by the inviting family of our president.
After Taking a 1 year hiatus to welcome a new member to our directors family we are back in full swing looking to strengthen our group and connect with our community.
We welcome anyone who desires to sing from a wide variety of experience and background. We perform a wide variety of music and have a passion to experience great music as an ensemble. This inspires us to further develop our musical abilities as individuals and a choir.

The experiences I have had with this group have been a highlight of my many years in music. No matter our size I have always been astounded at the sound we are able to create. I look forward to expanding on this as our group grows. Brian Bauer, CCS President
